The Admissions Manager will play a critical role in engaging with prospective students who have expressed interest in our programs. Working closely with the Senior Manager of Admissions, the Admissions Manager will be responsible for following up on leads generated through various online channels, providing information about our programs, guiding students through the admissions process, and ultimately enrolling qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Engagement: Respond promptly to inquiries and leads generated by the digital marketing team through email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Information Dissemination: Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our programs, admission requirements, tuition fees, financial aid options, and campus facilities to prospective students.
- Admissions Counseling: Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective students to assess their educational goals, interests, and qualifications. Offer personalized guidance and advice to help students make informed decisions about their educational journey.
- Application Processing: Assist students with the application process, including reviewing application materials, ensuring all required documents are submitted, and guiding students through any additional steps.
- Follow-Up and Persistence: Maintain regular communication with prospective students to nurture leads, address concerns or questions, and provide ongoing support throughout the admissions process.
- Enrollment Support: Collaborate with other departments, such as academic advisors and financial aid officers, to facilitate a smooth transition for enrolled students and ensure they have access to the resources they need.
- Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of interactions with prospective students, including notes from conversations, application status updates, and other relevant information, using our CRM system.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to lead conversion, enrollment targets, and student satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities, with a genuine passion for helping others achieve their goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant technology tools preferred.
- Knowledge of the education industry and understanding of the admissions process is a plus.
