Manager, B2B Student Recruitment

The Manager, B2B Student Recruitment will focus on driving student recruitment from a specific region by building and managing relationships with local agents, schools, and corporate partners. The primary goal is to generate revenue through regional partnerships while achieving individual recruitment targets. The role requires hands-on engagement in business development and the recruitment process to ensure the growth of student enrollment and market penetration within the designated region.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Regional Business Development:

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with agents, educational institutions, and corporate partners in the allocated region.
  • Actively seek out new opportunities for partnerships that will increase student recruitment within the region.

2. Revenue Generation:

  • Deliver individual revenue targets by driving student recruitment from the allocated region through agent partnerships.
  • Implement effective commission structures and strategies to motivate agents and ensure revenue growth.

3. Recruitment Strategy Execution:

  • Work closely with local agents to execute recruitment strategies that align with the institution’s overall goals.
  • Tailor recruitment efforts based on regional insights and market demand, optimizing strategies for lead generation and conversion.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Regularly track and report on recruitment performance, providing insights and updates on agent effectiveness and student enrollments.
  • Utilize data to analyze trends and inform future recruitment strategies.

5. Relationship Building & Management:

  • Nurture and manage relationships with agents and other regional partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to agents to help them meet recruitment goals.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the Director of B2B Student Recruitment and other internal teams such as Marketing and Admissions to align recruitment strategies and ensure seamless processes.

7. Compliance & Quality Control:

  • Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to institutional policies, regional regulations, and quality assurance standards.
  • Monitor agent performance to ensure the highest levels of service and compliance are maintained.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in student recruitment or business development, with a focus on managing agent relationships or regional partnerships.
  • Proven ability to meet revenue targets through partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the education market and recruitment trends in the designated region.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Salary: CAD 60-75k per annum
