The Manager will manage and lead the Admissions team within the contact centre, ensuring that goals related to student recruitment, admissions processes, and lead conversion are met. This individual will oversee the performance of Admissions Managers and be responsible for driving operational efficiency, enhancing team performance, and creating new revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Admissions Managers, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and training necessary to perform at a high level.
- Goal Setting & Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and KRAs for the team, regularly track progress, and provide performance feedback to ensure admission and enrollment targets are met.
- Recruitment & Revenue Growth: Drive recruitment strategies for both B2B and B2C, create new revenue channels, and actively seek out partnerships and agents to further the reach of the university’s programs.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve admissions processes to enhance efficiency, lead follow-up, and conversion rates.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Academic, and Financial Aid departments to align strategies and ensure seamless student onboarding.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure all team activities comply with the university’s guidelines and maintain the highest standard of quality in student interactions.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on team performance, student enrollments, lead conversions, and other metrics. Use data to make informed decisions and optimize team performance.
- Team Morale & Culture: Foster a positive work environment by promoting collaboration, recognition, and professional development opportunities for the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in admissions, sales, or customer service, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed recruitment and sales targets.
- Proven experience with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with the education industry and understanding of the admissions process.
Salary: CAD 60-70k per annum
